![]() ![]() 5 different than what it actually is the world may never know. Just use the command "fps 99.5" I have done some extensive testing myself to figure out that is the "actual" 100 fps. ![]() This actually leaves you at a disadvantage but it also fucks up the other players because they see YOU constantly almost rubberbanding for the same reason. ![]() Another is that you will see people jumping back and forward while running and stuff because the interpolation, (aka the guessing you do) is client side and is done with the fucked up physics while when you get the server update it moves the player a reasonable distance because it tells you where the player went with their ACTUAL movement characteristics. (I know because I tried it) One thing is that when you jump in cs you deaccelerate when you land without a bhop and it takes REALLY long to get back up to speed. Higher fps fucks with the engine a lot more though and does some other weird glitchy stuff. Actually lower fps gives you higher acceleration from what I remember. Instructions: UPDATED 2018 UPDATED 2018 First of all open the game console using and enter: netgraph 3 This will show the current FPS and now youll be able to see the FPS improvements. ![]()
